Every President chooses cabinet members who will follow that President's lead.  And yet the main objection to President Trump's choice of Rick Grenell for intelligence chief, is that he is merely a "Trump loyalist".  Given that the intelligence community has been wrong repeatedly since Iraq, isn't it time for new blood?
