Today we talk about all the moments in-between the good ones and how we not only accept them, but still manage to love ourselves through them. Social media is an incredible tool that is bringing together the world in ways humanity has never seen before. People from around the world are sharing their lives with one another and we are gradually figuring out that at our core, we are not all so different. At the same time, it can be hard to not compare ourselves to others and where they are at (or better - how we perceive where they are at). This episode we discuss pioneering the age of social media in such a way that we can still build ourselves and each other up without having to sacrifice our image of ourselves. We also talk about finding our inner-voice, not attaching to negative emotions, and understanding we are perfectly perfect in ALL our forms, phases and moments...and at the end of the day, it's okay to not be okay.
