No amount of love is noticed unless there is expression through talking. Such is true even when a loved one complaints to the other over the state of things. Through talking will a relationship grow. Such is true also for us the children of God to which He loves talking with us. It is widely known as prayer and may have been somewhat misrepresented to many. I urge you to talk always and at all cost to the Father in the name of Jesus, by the blood of Jesus. Psalms 94 verses 18 through to 19 of the TPT has it that, 

'When I screamed out, “Lord, I’m doomed!” your fiery love was stirred, and you raced to my rescue. Whenever my busy thoughts were out of control, the soothing comfort of your presence calmed me down and overwhelmed me with delight.' 

King David gives an emphasis here that through his sometimes 'screaming' manner of talking to God, he got the attention of the Lord. he god feedback through feeling His presence and delight. 

It is still true to this day for you too, talk / pray always in any manner you can just as you are.
