S1E30 : Does Meditating Really Help?

I hope you guys had a wonderful week!!

This week was spent meditating and let me tell you, I have never felt more at peace I don't know if it was meditating or just journaling afterwards but it was very helpful for someone like me who is always thinking whether it be about the future or present. Sitting in silence and letting your brain relax for the first time is a feeling I never knew was so important. I was always that person who thought that whilst I am awake my brain has to be in overdrive and the only time my brain relaxes is when I sleep. Doing this challenge for a week opened my eyes and I hope you guys try it out as well, whether it be for a day or a week!
