Welcome to my podcast. 

In this episode, we are discussing ways to reduce stress in these unprecedented times. I have created 10 action steps to help reduce stress. In addition, I discuss how lowering your stress tools is the same tools people live by in the "Blue Zones" where many people live over the age of 100 years old, called "Centenarians". 

I don't stop there; I give examples of how to be an activist without increasing your stress. 

One last thing I discuss is encouraging all my listeners to stop "Otherizing".
