Today we'll look at Proverbs 1 and glean some incredible truths about wisdom.  When we position our heart to receive God's wisdom there will come , forth a joy in our spirit.  We must learn how to seek and draw upon the Lord's wisdom because it will provide a source of strength in our life.    

I'll also share a few brief passages from a book called Joy Starts Here that will help us understand the benefits of joy in our life.  It's incredible to realize what joy can do on so many levels.  We'll also look at defining joy properly.  If you're like me, joy was always something I had a hard time defining, but I believe after this episode you'll have a better understanding of and realize that it's not as complicated as we make it out to be.    

I'll end this episode by sharing a blessing over you from God's heart.  One of the things I love doing is listening to God's heart for people and asking Him what He would like me to share.  I believe this will encourage your heart and bring strength into your spirit.
