In this episode, I talk with Brian Shea CIO of MedOne Healthcare Partners in Columbus, Ohio about how to implement a cyber security scorecard he developed that improves your overall cyber security posture and future readiness. 

Brian uses the standard red, yellow, green indicators of the scorecard to track where the organization is up-to-date and where it needs to improve. The scorecard also serves as a handy tool to quickly show other c-suiters and the board where they stand regarding cyber. Finally, Brian discusses how you can develop and similar scorecard and approach to use in your organization.
