This week's episode you get all of me, your host, Katie Sharp. I share about how I'm not qualified to host a podcast, in the typically sense. I don't share this to downgrade myself at all, but rather to encourage you, my listeners, that you don't need all of the puzzle pieces before you start. 

Obviously I did launch this project despite these reasons of being unqualified, so listen as to why I DID launch, what my mantra has become the past few years, and how I'm living out "Flawed and Fearless" in my daily life.
