In this week's episode, we speak with NYU student Rashed Rifat about how to plan and schedule yourself once you have established your goals!
CHALLENGE: Break up tomorrow into 1 hour periods, and dedicate each section into a specific task. Make sure to give yourself more time than you expect a task will take you, and that some sections are dedicated to rest and relaxation! Be sure to completely focus on that task during the hour, whether it be answering emails, studying for a test coming up, working out, or calling to catch up with a friend.
