In order to protect themselves from downsizing (downsizing?!) Dwight and Jim form an uneasy alliance in order to mostly flirt with Pam (apparently). Meanwhile Michael throws a sham early birthday party for Merideth and goes back and forth about donating to a walk-a-thon that Oscar is promoting. Oh, it's based on an episode of The Office too.
