If you've been around the church world, or Christianity, for some time it's likely you've heard the (true) phrase that we are not of this world. What does that look like in practice, though? While I had heard this my entire life, I hadn't experienced it so personally until a few weeks ago when I realized that the disorienting feeling I often have, the ineffable sense that I don't belong, is meant to be that way because, in short, I don't. This is a revolutionary thought, and way of life, when everything around us is trying to do the exact opposite: make us feel right at home in the world. I hope this episode challenges you and prompts some reflection and thought as to where your affections currently lie!
