In this episode Denise Robinson author and podcaster shares her inward journey to the discovery of Self love and true worth. After re locating from Belfast to Dublin in 2018 with only her beloved dog and starting again from scratch.  Arriving in a city with a different culture leaving her baggage behind she embraced a new life and new challenges that lay ahead.  With hard work, tenacity and determination she has achieved so much in her journey through the capital. In this time she erased her demons that followed her for many years.
