Fezile Hlophe, South Africa’s youngest professional referee and one of the stars of the new Amazon series “This Is Football”, visited the tournament in Cardiff back in July and sat down with us for the podcast. He kindly talked to us about his storied young life; his childhood growing up in Soweto, his determination in the face of illness, and refereeing his first professional football match at the age of 17.
