Happiness, what is it? This topic was inspired by the Simon Pegg movie, "Hector and the Search for Happiness." In the movie, a psychiatrist feels that he is a fraud to his clients because while he's trying to help them live happier lives, he isn't happy in his own shoes. He decides to travel the world in the search for happiness & comes to see where it really stems from.  Throughout this episode, we discuss our view on what happiness is, share insights on how to find it, and where we stand today on our search for happiness.
