Without really thinking about it we went to two of the oldest wine producing countries in the world: China with a 2,200 year history of making wine from grapes then Georgia with a massive 8,000+ years of winemaking history. Georgia is considered the likely original winemaking. Of course we did not discuss this at all in the podcast. But we did enjoy the wines.
