Some of my thoughts as a therapist, as a survivor, as a human, about navigating the COVID-19 pandemic. We cover topics such as honoring your feelings (specifically your fear) practicing regenerative self care and how important grief work will be for the foreseeable future. If you take away nothing else: You are not supposed to know how to navigate a pandemic, honor yourself and your needs at this time. I hope to release more episodes with colleagues and survivors alike about how they are navigating this pandemic.
