GWK executive editor David Dodge breaks down the 2021 Supreme Court Case Fulton vs. Philadelphia, in which the justices ruled a private Catholic adoption agency can refuse LGBTQ+ foster parents.

Joining David is Julie Kruse, a federal policy advocate with Family Equality, and Weston Charles-Gallow, a former foster youth who was adopted by two gay dads and testified to the Congressional Ways and Means Committee in support of LGBTQ+ people being involved in the foster care system.
