Happy (belated) International Women’s Day! Our friend Cyd took us back to her life in Ethopia and shared how it was quite an unexpected journey for a Westerner. The three of us also talked about processing grief, safety concerns, life as an athlete, and other intimate topics. Although the conversation was recorded in August 2020, we still feel the emotions preserved through our voices when listening back to it today.
