Had a great time catching up with an old friend, Geo Derice. The conversation went to a lot of different places and didn't plan it, but Geo and I wound up talking about how postpartum depression for men is a thing that is rarely discussed.

Geo Derice is an international speaker, owner of the company 20/20 Living Inc. and best-selling author of “The Thirst Is Real”. His works has been featured in the Huffington Post, News One, ABC, and BET just to name a few. 

His inspirational messages, both engaging and funny has helped so many make their dreams a reality. He’s helped self-publish over 80 books in the last few years consulting authors with his signature program First Book Done.

When Geo is not inspiring the world, he can be found watching Shark Tank with his wife and 18 month old son Micah.
