Jonalyn Morris is an entrepreneur and athlete and serves as the Chief Development Officer and Cofounder of Obsesh, a sports marketplace that connects consumers and top athletes through personalized video messaging and livestream online classes. Under her leadership, Obsesh has built a roster of top sports talent, NCAA athletes, Olympians and more who tap into Obsesh to monetize their skills and talents and build their personal brands.
For more than 15+ years, Jonalyn led the go-to-market strategies, athlete / league partnerships, and publicity for some of the most iconic brands, including Beats by Dre, audio luminary DTS, Loot Crate, and Sony. Her experience with digital platforms made her a sought after expert by Disney Interactive and Nokia, and after creating the most popular TV show in the world, CSI, Anthony E. Zuiker partnered with Jonalyn to lead the global PR strategy for his first digital film for Yahoo! and for the launch of his first premium channel for YouTube, Black Box TV. Before that, Jonalyn led the PR & Marketing for THQ Wireless, launching the first mobile games for every major sports league, including the NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA and WWE.
While researching product market fit for Obsesh in 2019, Jonalyn got on the Spartan obstacle race circuit, enlisted the expertise of top coaches, achieved a double trifecta, and placed in the Top 20 at the Spartan World Championships that same year. Jonalyn has also served as a longtime board member of the Hermosa Beach Education Foundation, a $5M non-profit, and is the proud mom of two boys who love sports as much as she does.
