It happens so often that people argue about something, although, in essence, they want to reach the same goal in the end. They're just not aware of it that, in the end, they're striving for the same thing. That mutual understanding could resolve a lot of discussions, and a lot of wasted time, especially in a business context. And there is a pretty easy solution for it: The Talking Stick.
