Fans of Netflix series and big box-office franchises can heave a sigh of relief as the actors’ strike comes to an end. After 118 days,  the longest strike in their history, American actors have succeeded like the writers a few weeks earlier in securing an agreement about pay, conditions and protection from artificial intelligence.
