We kick off Season 2 with our very first Innovate State Speaker of the 2018-2019 school year, Shaniqua Davis. As Founder and CEO of Noirefy, Shaniqua got her entrepreneurial start very quickly after graduating from MSU's Media and Information degree. She has since taken her personal experiences and those of people in her communities and saw the need for more connection between diverse talent and companies seeking those people. She talks about her daughter, her biggest lessons so far, and the power of perseverance always.
