In this first episode of Season 2, I focus on the basics of event planning as it pertains to budgeting.  Learn about why budgeting for your event is important, what elements should be incorporated into a sound budget, and how you can actually build a framework for your budget using excel - or your preferred spreadsheet tool.  Most importantly - I remind listeners that there is ONE crucial rule to budgeting for events and that is to not spend over your budget!
