Prose and Bros

S2: E10 Boxer and McGonagall

Listen Later

This week the Bros continue their decent into badness, as they're sampling Boxer Lager. This beer, while bad, throws a few surprises at our hosts that they're not prepared for, but has a fascinating history that predates the civil war. Paired with this bad beer is arguably the worst poet of them all, William Topaz McGonagall, and his poem "The Burning of the People's Variety Theatre, Aberdeen." His poetry might be bad, but his history is also fascinating, so join us past the awful beer and poetry to learn about some truly fascinating subjects.

Cheers!
