We always talk about the artistic expression of the artist as their "voice" and although this is true what we often miss, is hearing their actual voice - their feelings, intentions, challenges, and perspectives. We want to dial up the voice of the artist, especially in areas where they have felt voiceless, squelched, or minimized - they have so much to say about life, cultural trends, the dynamics of their industry, and sensemaking or the world around us. We gather in necessary voices as panels or one-on-one conversation and listen in.
