How many times today have you wished you had more time in the day or if you just had a little more time, you would be able to do all of these wonderful things?
Ah, yes, there is a very real feeling that we don’t have enough time. There’s a reality to this because we literally have 24 hours in a day.
There’s also a lot of conditioning around how we view time. We can blame time for being the reason why we can’t do things or why we aren’t where we want to be, we can feel very limited and restricted by time, and we can also feel like we don’t have any control over how we spend our day. There can be an immense amount of pressure we feel when it comes to time.
I don’t know about you, but I am constantly adjusting and readjusting myself and my thoughts around this. You’ll hear about this in the episode. That’s why I brought in my friend and time management and productivity expert, Jaimee Campanella to help us break free from "the shoulds" and "have tos" of time management and help us adopt a revolutionary new way of thinking about time so we can create intentional, fulfilling experiences and take control of our own lives.
Jaimee found herself in a trap of feeling like she should be doing more and making an incredibly long to-do list during a season when she felt exhausted, burnt out, and had no control over her time. She is a time strategist and productivity consultant who mentors and guides parents, professionals, and entrepreneurs to take control of their time. She is the creator and principal facilitator of the Time Power program that gives people the essential tools and strategies to avoid overwhelm and tame chaos so that they can regain control of their time for good .Ultimately, she helps people to understand that they have the privilege and responsibility to choose how to spend their time and with intention. She encourages people to look for signs that they need to dig deeper, such as feeling like they don't have time to do something or falling into the hustle culture of "more, more, more."
Jaimee is such an incredible resource on how to become a time ninja! Download her free training, "3 Shifts to Take Control of Your Time." You can also learn more about her Time Power program to be equipped with the essential tools and strategies that successful and beyond-busy moms and entrepreneurs use to avoid overwhelm and tame chaos, so that they can regain control of their time for good. Or connect with her on LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram.
By the end of this episode, I hope you will feel empowered to shift away from the "shoulda, woulda, coulda" mentality about time, create a sense of work-life balance and avoid feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and burnt out, and use time for doing more of the things you love!
And if you’re realizing that you often feel like you don’t have enough or what you’re doing/putting into things isn’t enough, then that’s where I can come in to help you dig up this root belief that’s entangled with conditioning, expectations, and internalizations. My confidence program, Unstoppable, can deeply serve with this! Click here for more details. Prices go up significantly on
