Solution Building and conflict resolution are both skills essential and necessary throughout our lives, along the way though we may stumble into a few people which may inhibit us from doing so. How do we deal with this? Have you noticed yourself receiving or giving out criticism without a solution? Why was it necessary to do so? All these questions are one's we go into during the podcast and try to delve into, in some cases, it is required to do so. We want to get into the mindset behind this and propose ways to try and move away from this!
