Crystal is in her second year of her bachelors degree in Ayurvedic medicine. She explains what it is, how it works, what it has helped her with and why we should all be practicing Ayurvedic principles. To add to the amazing knowledge she shares with us, Crystal also inspires us, sharing how she knew she was meant for something more than her already successful finance career, took a leap of faith and is pursuing her passion in her education and practice of Ayurvedic Medicine. Showing us all we can and should be living a life that lights us up!!!
