Sarah is the Founder & CEO of pre-loved luxury fashion search engine Eskadi, alongside being a single Mum to a 7-year-old daughter. For 17 years she helped grow companies like eBay, Expedia, lululemon athletica and Hewlett-Packard in marketing, finance and supply chain roles. Not to be considered all work and no play, she has been DJing since she was in her early 20s. She lives in London but was born and raised in Canada.

Her top tip for personal development is: "Be willing to fail. This is something everyone struggles with in the era of social media and endless highlight reels but it's an incredible skill to put something out there that feels risky and imperfect."
