Thats Right, Right here on the MentalEdge Podcast we had a chance to Interview legendary commedian Tom Dreesen and ask him about his prolific career. Maintaining a 50 plus year career as a respected Entertainer is no easy task but Mr. Dreesen was made it.
Listen to him talk about his humble beginnings in Harvey Illinois, Tom would shine shoes at the local tavern where his uncle was a bartender. He would listen to his uncle tell jokes and when the crowd would react to his uncles punch lines and the air would fill with laughter, Tom called it electricity. He could feel it. He thought..."that's what i want to do" but it didn't happen over night. In fact it was Toms desire to be of service to his community that ignited his career after he prayed for direction from God much later in life.
Tom drops so many nuggets of gold in this interview that we almost got lost in an educational trance..lucky for us and for you..we captured it all and here it is. Don't be stingy with it either..its worthy of a like...and many many shares. Special thanks to listener Eddie Persin for making this interview happen.
