Welcome back to the DMC podcast, in today's podcast we discuss disappointment and more specifically in our case disappointment in both a personal and professional setting. Manny talks about his struggles with disappointment and how he is unable to speak his mother tongue, something which many of us do struggle with and how that has impacted his life alongside Joseph gives his two cents of a similar situation with respect to him communicating with his girlfriend's parents. Disappointment is a strong emotion and usually, with strong emotions, we can see people even step up to the challenges ahead of them and use it as a force of good and a catalyst for change. We hope in today's episode those of you listening can take disappointment and use it as a force for good.
