Emily works in the women's wellness sector and amongst herself and my team she offers her clients a bespoke mentorship programme that supports them with their health and wellness goals. Her company is called FitQueen which she created 5 years ago. Her journey commenced after her own 5 stone weight loss journey, she was working a job she hated which entailed long hours and she was incredibly unhappy with her health and relationship with food and body image. She decided to leave her demanding corporate job and commence her journey to better health and that led to her launching FitQueen after living and breathing the journey of finding her comfortable, confident body shape whilst finding a career she loved. She now spends my time managing her incredible team who work alongside her to deliver their FitQueen programme. 

Her top tip for personal development is: "There is no right or wrong direction with personal development. Your journey and your needs to grow and evolve will be unique to you. Don't overthink, just move on the decisions which feel right to you within that moment which aligns with making you happy."
