Representation: Seeing someone like you in a position you have not seen before. Presentation: Seeing someone who does not look like you in a position you have not seen before. Just as it is with beauty standards the commercialization (or lack thereof) of minorities can be just as damaging and results in passive and/or unintended racism. Or is it intended? Something to think about today and everyday.
