As strategy advisor to Chief Revenue Officers within FTSE 100 and fast growth, high tech unicorns he is an expert on driving change to make the shift from legacy selling to SaaS recurring revenue models. Tim has developed teams and sellers to learn and adopt the required mindset, skillset and toolset to succeed.

In the last 10 years, Tim has facilitated hundreds of Opportunity Reviews for “Must Win Deals’ with a laser focus on the Questions, Vulnerabilities and Recommendations that deliver results and “Fewer, Bigger Deals”. An active thought leader in Sales effectiveness and methodology he is active in sharing best practices and learned experiences through keynote presentations at Sales Kickoffs, Industry events, webinars and eBooks. Tim leads a top-performing team at Upland where their mantra is First Fast and Fearless.

Tim lives in Berkshire, just outside London, with his wife and 2 teenage daughters and enjoys family travel, good food and wine and watching England winning Rugby matches.
