She is an experienced Executive, Psychotherapist, Consultant, Coach, and Trainer who has been working in the fields of Mental Health & Well-Being, and Employee Assistance Support for 30 years. She has headed operational, clinical, and training positions for leading organisations in Germany and the UK and established cooperation partnerships in Europe & U.S. Caroline works to create better mental health & well-being, connected to a person’s diversity, equity, and inclusion status. She strongly believes that, for relationships and businesses to thrive, a positive culture of mental health & well-being, anti-isms, diversity, equity, and inclusion must exist, in which leadership, management, and employees can foster belonging and perform at their best.
