Am I preaching to the choir? The world is full of artists and creators, but most of them don't look like me. I am a black woman with natural hair from the Midwest, and no one I know has made it in the creative space.   I struggle so much with going back and forth between being a creative and getting a regular job like everyone else I know. It's becoming more and more difficult to continue on this journey, but there is this nagging sensation that makes me feel that the creative life is the only way for me to live.  After listen to this episode, let me know if you are in the same boat.
