Military spouses can relate to the pain of being apart from their partner. But for those of us that have never moved multiple times or been without our spouse during a deployment, we may not realize that having a long distance relationship comes with additional challenges.

 

Athena shares about how her and her husband have navigated finances during multiple moves, deployments, and reintegration. As they come closer to her husbands retirement, Athena talks about how they are preparing and what things they would change looking back.
