As we move further into Season 2 we have a wide range of topics with the lads starting off with upcoming events and ones from the past.

With the cost of living increasing and people keeping their money closer to them than ever how is our industry fairing against this?  With different trends from around the world and right here in the UK emerging, this is the place you can come to find out what’s going on in the Hospitality industry. 

Then leading up to is Bo Jo on the side of the employee or the employer? With him backing out of the tipping laws, where are your “Service Charge” payments going to the staff or to the company to top up managers and higher ups wages? We all stood very firmly on one side of the fence.
