Welcome back to the DMC podcast, in today's episode we discuss the "success" of the podcast and how successful Joseph and Manny have been at attaining their own goals during the year. They discuss the importance of clearly defining one's goals and how accountability with not only yourself but with others has a profound impact on our lives and how "successful" we may be at achieving what we set out to do. Lastly, we both go over what our intentions were for the year prior how we were able to meet them or perhaps struggle to meet them and what we intend to do for the year ahead.
