Welcome back to another episode of the Vulnerable Perspective Podcast! Today my brain is legitimately all over the place.

I started this week wanting to record a certain topic for the podcast today, but ended up going back and forth with a few things. After attempting to record the podcast several different times, this is what I ended up with.

Today I am discussing men behaving in public vs. how they behave behind closed doors. Their mental health, getting them help and knowing when to walk away.

I am looking to get some people to come onto the podcast with me to indulge in some good deep conversation and explore some new topics that may resonate with so many more people.
