Being a woman comes with its fair share of struggles. Along with facing constant injustice in the society and following cultural rules made by the same society, comes the ignorance on addressing major health issues woman has to face on day to day basis. Especially in the Eastern part of the world, women's health is neglected and kept under the sheets due to the need of a representation of having the perfect health & body.

In our previous episodes, we spoke about body image and how each individual struggles and cope up with the norms society sets. Joining us for this episode is Jumana Rashid with whom we discuss the much needed talk of addressing the gynecological issues women suffer from.

Jumana is an active member of the group named Scarlet Health, who are steadfast on raising awareness for women's health and strive to initiate conversation about women's health and hygiene.
