In today's episode, we wanted to switch things up and use what happened to us this week to dictate how we will go about the podcast. Competitiveness and competition were a big part of our week hence we decided to talk about it. Competitiveness is an itch that needs to be scratched although there are times when it can come at a detriment, going for jobs against over people would be a place whereby it seems that competitiveness would be advantageous however you'd be surprised especially in assessment centres its the ease in which you work with others and can collaborate that gets you further. Manny and Joseph mention their own experiences and how they maintain a competitive mindset in order to go after their own goals and objectives.
