Like food, much of Cannabis is up to personal preference.  Depending on time of day, biological need, and experience, the way cannabis interacts with our bodies will vary significantly...but that don't mean that quality is all completely 'relative'.  

NO one wants to have bad weed.  Cannabis goes through many changes as it is grown, harvested, and processed and that means that a great crop can end up under-cured, over-ripened, nicely fermented, or moldy and rotten.
