S2 E39 JAMES (JIM) JUDD is The Engine Room Guest Drummer who spent 15 years as a Fully Sponsored Motorcycle Factory Rider for Honda Australia.
James Judd has played in many Adelaide bands including: Broken Brick, Ralph Richard Quintet, Gini & The Groove, The Toe Jammers, Sons Of MOD, and The Fleurieu Bluesbreakers. James took a break from music and spent 15 years of that time as a Fully Sponsored Motorcycle Rider, winning around 100 races. He competed mainly in Endurance Races and was a Factory Rider for Honda Australia, competing in Unlimited Championship, Bathurst, and the first Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix in 1989, held at Phillip Island.
Since returning to drumming, James has played mainly in Blues bands, and currently plays with the Rock 'n' Roll band The Rhythm Cats, as well as Swinging Surf Sex Gods, Killer Blues Revue (KBR), and Keith Hall And Heathen Soul.

Outro: "My Phone" performed by The Fleurieu Bluesbreakers who were: the late Brian 'Cowboy' Cain lead vocals and blues harmonica, Ross Brennan guitar and backing vocals, Peter Nixon bass guitar and backing vocals, and James (Jim) Judd on drums. The song is off the album 'The devil lives down my street', which was released in 2018.
