For our fourth episode, we spoke with Surrey FA Referee Development Officer Craig Hicks, who talks about his journey throughout the years as a referee.

During the episode, we discuss his role in football and how he helps referees in the county. Craig shares with us why he became a referee and also his referee experience in America as the representative for the EFL. He mentions a few notable names during the episode, one being a famous Dutch player that he sent off who has played with the likes of Dennis Bergkamp, Zinédine Zidane, Paolo Maldini, and the list goes on.
