It’s a saturated market with all manner of devices available, packed with an abundance of features. But how accurate are they and are we now in danger of having access to too much data to the point of overwhelm, confusion and obsession? It cannot be disputed that monitoring our health and fitness metrics can be hugely beneficial. After all, what gets monitored gets managed.
