Molly founded Effable because she wanted to work with people and businesses that stood for something. With a nine-year career in media, PR and marketing, she wanted to put her skills to use for GOOD and to work with changemakers and those doing good things in the world.

Her top tip for personal development is: "To keep coming back to what matters to you. What do you stand for and what do you care about, and are the different aspects of your life reflective of that? It can be easy to get lost and dragged along for the ride but knowing who you are and what you stand for has been a gamechanger for me, throughout my career and in my personal life too."
