Hello dear friend,

Today I open up about my own journey with depression, so I want to give a gentle trigger warning for anyone who may be in a sensitive place right now.

I share how God used Isaiah 61:3 to show me the spiritual roots of depression, what the Bible calls the spirit of heaviness. I also talk about my testimony of healing, and how God's taught me about praise as the path to healing. 

This is a very personal and faith-filled conversation. I hope is that it reminds you that depression is not your identity and that healing is possible through Christ.
