1. Keep in touch with the people who were a part of your social circle and try and use texting as a means to set up a call rather than conversing over text.

2. Keep your Anxiety in Check 

3. Set healthy boundaries with your family members and respect each other’s personal space.

4. Maintain a proper routine.

5. Get your ass moving

6. learn a new way of life and Kill the FOMO
